Practice with Amy from the comfort of your own home or in person at the Asheville Yoga Center! All virtual classes are live streamed on the Zoom platform and available for at least 72 hours after the class ends. Virtual classes are priced on a sliding scale of $10 to $18.
Once purchased, you will receive an email titled PLEASE REGISTER. This email will include a link for your selected class. Click on the link and enter your name to register. Once registration is complete, Zoom will automatically send the link and password for the class.

• FLOW & YIN: This 75-minute class combines a breath-based Vinyasa flow to build strength, balance and flexibility with a slower paced Yin practice where poses are held longer, helping release deeply stored tension in the body.
• GENTLE FLOW & YIN: This 60-minute class combines a slower paced flow incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements performed in a sequence with a gentle Yin practice where poses are held longer, helping to release deeply stored tension in the body. Excellent for beginners or for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice.
